This kit includes preparation and signing of the trust, 2 – 3 in-person meetings: Trustor (person needing trust if signing his/her trust; typically the ALTCS applicant), Trustee (to explain trust and all its detailed requirements), and Banker. It includes completed forms and letters (if you provide enough information for us to do that), binder with all written instructions, mailing of the binder to you and home visit fees* if we need to go see Trustor for his/her signing.
